The difference
How is lymphatic massage different from a regular massage?
Lymphatic drainage massage uses gentle-to-firm rhythmic pressure to support lymphatic flow. It is designed to ease the feeling of puffiness and fluid retention, with room to relax and switch off.
Remedial, deep tissue and sports massage work deeper into sore muscles and joints. We don't offer these, or Thai, foot or hot stone massage. If an injury or muscle pain is why you are searching, a remedial massage therapist is the right booking for you. If you want a calm, personalised session built around puffiness and feeling lighter, you are in the right place.

Do you offer pregnancy massage?
Pregnancy massage is not on our menu. If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery or managing a medical condition, please talk with us and your health professional before booking any treatment.
